According to initial hypothesis, the seventeen-year-old Karvachar boy was killed by the last detained member of the Azerbaijani sabotage team which, on July 11, had infiltrated into Karvachar Region of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
As reports Artsakhpress, citing NEWS.am, Armenia Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told the above-said to reporters on Thursday.
“[But] the Police have their criminal proceedings and they ultimately will determine who has done it,” the minister added.
On July 10, rumors were spread that the Azerbaijani saboteurs had captured a seventeen-year-old resident of Karvachar Region, and his relatives could not find him for several days. On Monday, however, the young boy’s dead body was found in the cemetery of Nor Erkej village.
