Karabakh expands its tourism geography
STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 3, ARTSAKHPRESS: “The annual growth in the number of arriving foreigners proves this,” Shahverdyan said. According to him, this is, among other things, the result of Karabakh’s marketing policy on development and advancement of favorable image of Karabakh in the international tourism markets (participation in authoritative tourism exhibitions, internet marketing, fam tours, etc.).
“Over hundreds and thousands of foreigners have recently visited Karabakh. And the geography of international arrivals is expanding annually: besides arrivals from international tourism markets, Karabakh is also visited by foreigners from such countries as the Philippines, Costa Rica, Malta, Kuwait and other countries,” the Deputy Minister said.
