A wreath insertion ceremony, dedicated to the victims of the Sumgait tragedy in 1988, was held at the cross-stone, located on the territory of the Holy Armenian Apostolic Transfiguration Church of Moscow, on February 28. The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation Oleg Yesayan, the Permanent Representative of Armenia in the Collective Security Treaty Organization Ara Badalyan, the representative of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Albert Andryan, the heads of the Armenian community structures and the representatives of the youth unions.
