STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: It was assumed that the statement must condemn terrorist attack in Damascus during which the Embassy of the Russian Federation to Syria was subjected to mortar attack on Monday, TASS reported.
Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters that they had negative attitude towards this.
Earlier, the U.S. has actually blocked the statement of the UN Security Council with condemnation of mortar attack on Russian embassy in Damascus.
