Format of the Hamburg meeting on the Karabakh conflict is not yet clear, as News.am reports, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan, said at a press conference on Wednesday.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 23, ARTSAKHPRESS: He stated this when asked about whether the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan may meet in the aforesaid German city, within the framework of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Ministerial Council meeting, in December.
“It’s not yet clear whether there will be a foreign ministerial-level meeting,” said Kocharyan.
