STEPANAKERT, APRIL 28, ARTSAKHPRESS: Shavarsh Kocharyan, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia said in an interview with “Artsakhpress”.
Artsakh Republic has its problems with Azerbaijan, particularly, in regard to the occupation of some of Artsakh territories by Azerbaijan, and it is only a matter of resolving by the Nagorno-Karabakh authorities. As for the status, Artsakh people in this respect have already held referendum three times, the first was the referendum of 1991 and the other two ones were the adoption and amendment of the Constitution. And Armenia's authorities are obliged to act in accordance with the expressed will of the people of Artsakh, "said Sh. Kocharyan.
