"Voices of Artsakh" music ensemble goes to tours to Iran
STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 6, ARTSAKHPRESS: Artistic director of the musical ensemble "Voices of Artsakh" Lira Kocharian said in an interview with “Artsakhpress”, noting that the group is composed of 13 people.
“The past year was a year of achievements for the ensemble. Misha (MIkayel Grigoryan) has taken the second place at "New Wave 2016” junior song contest.
10-year-old Levon Galstyan passed the first stage of the "Voice of Russia"project. “Music video on the song "Horovel" was presented.”said Kocharyan.
Speaking of this year's activities and programs Lira Kocharyan said that they received tours invitations in Moscow, Argentina and Brazil.We are preparing for "" New Wave 2017 ". We have group a lot of projects; mainly we are going to shoot video clips on the new songs.
L. Kocharian and stressed that the main goal of the project is to discover young people in Artsakh, indroducing Artsakh, the culture and the people of Artsakh.
She also said that the group could do more, however they do not have permanent building facilities, and they have a number of unresolved issues.
