The Central Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Artsakhpress that issues related to the settlement's socio-economic development and existing there problems were discussed during the meeting.
According to the President Sarushen's convenient geographical position located on the main highway connecting capital Stepanakert with the Martuni and Hadrut regions creates additional preconditions for its development.
The Head of the State stressed the importance of initiative shown by the local population, considering it among the prerequisites for effective implementation of any program.
Vice-premier Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials were present at the meeting.
