STEPANAKERT, APRIL 2, ARTSAKHPRESS:Speaking about military aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan in 2016, Artsakh Republic President’s spokesman, Davit Babayan, told Artsakhpress the aforementioned. He emphasized Artsakh had more expectations from the international community in this regard.
He said Azerbaijani aggression was first of all tackled by the Artsakh army and Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairing countries have taken some steps in an unofficial form.
“Some countries were unable to suppress aggression; while others like Turkey and Pakistan, on the contrary, encouraged it. Hence, there is a clash of interest on the international level, different geopolitical approaches, etc. All this shows that in case of possible aggression it is meaningless to rely on somebody.
Speaking about bellicose policy of Azerbaijan, Davit Babayan said the adversary’s claims to Yerevan and Zangezur leave no alternative.
