On July 19, doctors of Armenia’s ‘’Erebuni’’ medical center continued free consultations and operations of citizens in Republican Medical Center in capital Stepanakert .
Doctors of “Erebuni’’ medical center are in Stepanakert
STEPANAKERT, JULY 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: Senior orthopedist of “Erebuni’’ medical center, Gagik Bdoyan, told ArtsakhPress that during their visit they have examined patients with difficult diagnoses.
“During our visit we have examined about 30 patients. Today we will operate on a woman with a hip fracture. She is 77 years old. Hip fracture is a common injury. Such operations are often performed in Artsakh,’’ Mr. Bdoyan said.
Head of the traumatolody service of the Republican Medical Center, Karen Davtyan, underscored the cooperation between the two medical centers by saying that for over ten years doctors have been visiting Stepanakert Republican Medical Center.
“During operations we try to use innovations. As per today’s operation, it will be without loss of blood. We hope that this method will be used for all elderly persons, who need such an operation,’’ Karen Davtyan said.
Head of angiographic service of the “Erebuni” medical center, Meruzhan Saghatelyan, said that their visit aims at discussions of some complicated cases.
To note, in Stepanakert Republican Medical Center, doctors of “Erebuni” medical center will continue examinations, consultations and operations, free of charge.
