STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 1, ARTSAKHPRESS: Lieutenant-general, head of the National Defense Research University of the Republic of Armenia's Defense ministry Hayk Kotanjyan told reporters.
"It is a great honor for me that my modest contribution is highly appreciated by the leadership of Artsakh. I was honored to serve to the interests of Artsakh in a very difficult period, in 1991. I have also authored monographs and scientific researches devoted to the conflicting peculiarities,'' said Kotanjyan.
On October 1 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received Lieutenant-general, head of the National Defense Research University of the Republic of Armenia's Defense ministry Hayk Kotanjyan.
Head of the State handed in the "Mkhitar Gosh" medal to Hayk Kotanjyan which he was awarded with for services rendered to the Artsakh Republic and in connection with the 30th anniversary of the Artsakh national-liberation movement.
