We must work for the sake of our two states

STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 6, ARTSAKHPRESS: Head of the Penitentiary Service of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Armenia, Artyom Mkhoyan said in an interview with “Artsakhpress”.

He noted that an agreement has been reached between the two structures to carry out certain activities in the legal field for which a memorandum will be signed.

"We have close relations with each other. We will work together in the constructive field. We must work for the sake of our two states, "said Mkhoyan.

On 6 December President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received head of the Penitentiary Service of the ministry of justice of the Republic of Armenia Artyom Mkhoyan.
