STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 11, ARTSAKHPRESS: The head of the community Suren Shaboyan informed Artsakhpress.
"Reconstruction works have begun in 2016. The roof, the doors and windows of the building have been completely changed. A bathroom has been built in the territory. Parking lot is provided for cars. In the near future it is also planned to improve the area adjacent to the building. Interior and exterior finishing works have been implemented. The building is one-storey, it is designed for about 300 people. The Government of the Republic of Artsakh also donated chairs, tables and utensils for celebrations," the head of the community said.
Suren Shaboyan also informed that the reconstruction works of the municipality have been completed. Furnishing works are being implemented now.
S. Shaboyan also informed that the construction of Drmbon monument in memory of the freedom fighters who fell victim during the Great Patriotic War and the Artsakh Liberation War has begun in 2013 and has recently been completed. It was implemented under the auspices of the state budget of the Republic of Artsakh and family of fellow-villager Vyacheslav Lazaryan, who lives in Russia. The monument was built by the design of the Artsakh People's Painter Lavrent Ghalayan.
