Freedom House has listed Armenia as a free country in its annual Freedom on the Net report.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 15, ARTSAKHPRESS: The country’s total score on the ranking is 30, with obstacles to access measuring 6 out of 25, limits on content – 10 out of 35 and violations of user rights – 40 out of 14 points.
Georgia (25) is also among the free countries. Azerbaijani, which scored 57, is rated as a "partly free". Russia and Turkey are listed as Not Free countries, having scored 65 and 61.
According to the report, the estimated internet accessibility is 58% in Armenia. Freedom of press was rated as "not free".
