STEPANAKERT, JULY 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: Karapetyan informed that Shoushi vocational educational center offers training courses satisfying modern European standards. The teaching methods were elaborated thanks to the Armenian and French specialists’ collaborations.

The students will be specialized in industrial construction and repair work, finishing construction works, thermal equipment and heat network installation, and technical maintenance.

Students entering 9th grade can attend the Vocational School, which is planned  to hold 450-500 pupils.

"This year we plan to have 60-90 students in each group including 20-30 students,” he added.

The students will be trained in construction sites and will be paid. In the first year, the students’ salary will be 40% of the basic monthly salary, in the second year 50 per cent, in the third 60 percent.

Students will receive a monthly scholarship during the three-year study. The students will be provided with living conditions. The studies will be paid for those who are from abroad.

Yeznik Mozyan Vocational School's construction work began in 2009 by means of French-Armenian Yeznik Mozyan’s will. The main aim of the college is to train professionals, completing the job market where there is great demand for the vocational specialties.
