On July 11 the Third International Sculpture Symposium named after the famous sculptor from Shoushi Hakob Gyurjyan entitled "Peace to Artsakh" dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the signing of the ceasefire agreement has launched in Shoushi.

As Artsakhpress reports citing the Narekatsi Art Union Facebook page, from 10 to 30 July in the sculpture park of the Museum of Fine Arts in Shoushi 12 sculptors from different countries, namely from Italy, Switzerland, India, Belarus, Armenia and Artsakh will create one sculpture each. They are free in selecting the theme. The sculptures will remain in Shoushi and will be placed in different locations around the city.

NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Adviser to the President Grigory Gabrielyants, Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine Aghabalyan partook in the symposium's opening ceremony.
